We are devoted to providing professional claim management and quality property restoration to property owners. N.E.S. Lead

Nick Ohland:
Nick, Estimating and Supplementing lead (N.E.S.), is a proud graduate of Saint Cloud State University. A Real Estate Finance & Investment major, Nick has the very rare distinction of graduating Summa Cum Laude (top 1%). After six years in the energy management industry, Nick joined the PCS team in 2008 as a Restoration Consultant and was promoted to the N.E.S. Lead position in 2011. He earned his residential HAAG Engineering certification in 2009. Nick enjoys spending time with his growing family, camping, skiing and is an avid Minnesota sports fan.

Controller

Jenny Pelant:
Jenny has over 20 years of accounting experience working in industries ranging from construction, to distribution to manufacturing. She attended the University of Minnesota where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She recently completed the MBA program at St. Mary’s University with a capstone project in Sweden. When not crunching numbers at Property Claim Solutions, she enjoys spending time with family, entertaining, and reading a good book.

Accountant

Lisa Nyberg:
Lisa, Office/Accounting Manager (and Company owner Chad’s sister) was Property Claim Solutions first hired employee in August of 2008. She has worn many hats at PCS including production, window estimating and is now bringing her talents to the office services and accounting area. Before joining PCS she received her certificate in massage therapy. Lisa is blissfully married to her husband, George. She has two children, Connor-age 12 and Kali-age 5. Outside of PCS, Lisa is her kid’s #1 fan at various basketball, football, gymnastic and dance events.

Production

Noel Danielson:
Noel, Purchaser/Scheduler, grew up in Southwest Minnesota and graduated from Northern Illinois University.  After school he followed a career that took him across the country, first as the Plant Manager of a hardwood lumber mill in Michigan and later as a superintendent of a residential construction company in Atlanta.  Before joining Property Claim Solutions, Noel worked for three years with another insurance restoration company.  Aside from work, he enjoys the outdoors, music and sports.

Sales Management

Ashton McGee:
Ashton, Field Manager, was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been a Minnesota resident for the past five years. He attended Louisiana State University and owned and operated a successful ornamental iron company where he acquired his strong sense of design and remodeling.  Before joining Property Claim Solutions in 2008 Ashton was a team lead and top performer at the national level with Ace Mortgage Funding.  Likewise, at Property Claim Solutions he quickly became one of the leading Field Representatives and received his Haag certification in 2009.  He is a diehard LSU football fan, enjoys biking, travel, the outdoors and climbing with his 11-year-old son, Kincaid.

Ben Brueshoff:
Ben, VP of Sales, is a proud graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and a current evening MBA student at the University of St. Thomas.  A double major in International Management and French, Ben studied abroad in France where he established a successful private tutoring company. Shortly after returning in the summer of 2006 he began his career with Property Claim Solutions. In his first two years he was the top producing Restoration Consultant, won the Million Dollar award and received his Haag Engineering certification (Residential). He has been part of the Sales Management team since 2008 and seeks a spirit of excellence amongst all members of the Sales department.  Ben likes traveling, competing in triathlons and visiting his cabin up north.

Chad Nyberg, COO, and Nathan Smith, CEO.

Chad Nyberg and Nathan Smith are childhood friends who were raised in Eagan, MN. After Nathan obtained his B.A. (Gustavus Adolphus) and Chad served in the military (USMC), both went to Florida in 2004. There Chad and Nathan worked for a major contractor to assist hurricane victims with the restoration of their properties. Through their experiences they were exposed to the inconsistencies in the insurance industry. Chad and Nathan noticed the guidelines, requirements and interpretations which determined a loss varied dramatically for each provider. Determined to not only assist homeowners, they wanted to make an impact on the industry. It was in this spirit that they obtained their building contractor's license (MN) and gained a deep knowledge of insurance claim management. With a clear understanding and a new and sharpened sense of purpose, Property Claim Solutions came to be a reality.
